Caroline, restaurant manager and exceptional hostess, has always been committed to creating strong bonds with her customers. She grew up in a family where the dinner table was a place for sharing and happiness.
Her early experiences in the restaurant industry taught her the finesse of attentive service, and she has cultivated this passion over the years, moving from restaurant to restaurant to refine her art of hospitality.
Her mission is to make every visitor feel immediately at home in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Simon, meanwhile, is the head chef, a relentless creative force in the kitchen. From a young age, he knew that cooking would be his playground and his means of expression.
He has worked alongside renowned chefs, learning techniques and the importance of high-quality ingredients.
His experiences in the kitchen have guided him towards a culinary philosophy where respect for ingredients is paramount, and he makes it a point of honor to select fresh, seasonal products, favoring short supply chains and local producers.
He creates dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious, plates that tell the story of the ingredients he has carefully selected.
